The terms governing your use of the Projects India platform
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and information & advisory services provided by Venturous Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd, operating as "Projects India" (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Projects India is a subscription-based business information and advisory services provider, offering verified private and infrastructure project data, decision-maker contacts, tender information and alerts, news and related research tools across India.
Projects India is an information and advisory service only. We do not apply for, submit or transact tenders or bids on behalf of any user, and we are not a marketplace, exchange or transaction platform for tenders or bidding. All bid preparation, submission and dealings with tendering authorities are carried out by the user directly; our role is limited to providing information, data, alerts and advisory guidance.
You agree not to:
Project, company and contact data is compiled from public records, voluntary disclosures and our research team's verification process. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free, and the Service is provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes. You are responsible for independently verifying critical details before relying on them commercially.

For personal data you give us — your account details, billing details and enquiries — Venturous Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd is the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and you are the Data Principal. We process that data only for the purposes set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.
Where we rely on your consent, we take it separately for each purpose, by an affirmative act, and we keep a record of it. You may withdraw consent at any time through the data-rights form or by writing to our Grievance Officer. Withdrawal is not retrospective, and where a service genuinely depends on the consent you withdraw, we may no longer be able to provide that service to you.
You may request access to, correction of, completion of or erasure of your personal data, nominate a person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, whose contact details are published on every page of this site and in our Privacy Notice. If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
The Service gives you the business contact details of individuals at project-owning organisations. Those individuals are Data Principals too. When you export, download or otherwise use that data, you become a Data Fiduciary in your own right for how you then use it, and you are responsible for your own compliance — including obtaining any consent you need before contacting those individuals, honouring their rights requests, and not using the data for unsolicited bulk communication. Clause 4 already prohibits spam; this clause makes the legal basis for that prohibition explicit. We give you no consent, licence or authority to represent that Projects India obtained consent on your behalf.
We apply reasonable security safeguards as required by Section 8(5). If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals in the manner and within the timelines the Act and its Rules require. If you become aware of a breach affecting data you obtained through the Service, you must tell us without undue delay.
We use third-party processors — payment gateways, messaging platforms, AI and transcription providers, hosting and email — to deliver the Service. They are listed by name in our Privacy Notice, some are located outside India, and each is engaged under contract to process data only on our instructions.
Calls between you and our sales team may be recorded, transcribed and analysed for quality and training. Where a call is recorded you will be told, and you may ask for the recording and its transcript to be deleted by writing to our Grievance Officer.
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, or as long as a law obliges us to keep it — for example, invoice and GST records. Indicative retention periods are published in our Privacy Notice.
All content, design, software, compiled datasets and trademarks (including "Projects India", "TenderFlow™", "BidWin™", "ProjxNews™" and "VendorConnect™") are the property of Venturous Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tenders and contacts. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venturous Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Venturous Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
