By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Projects India is a subscription-based business information and advisory services provider, offering verified private and infrastructure project data, decision-maker contacts, tender information and alerts, news and related research tools across India.

Projects India is an information and advisory service only. We do not apply for, submit or transact tenders or bids on behalf of any user, and we are not a marketplace, exchange or transaction platform for tenders or bidding. All bid preparation, submission and dealings with tendering authorities are carried out by the user directly; our role is limited to providing information, data, alerts and advisory guidance.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or subscription.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@projectsinindia.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• Access to project, contact and tender data is provided under paid subscription plans as published on our Plans & Pricing page or quoted directly.
• Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
• We may modify subscription pricing or plan features going forward; existing active terms will be honoured for their committed period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mass-export, resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without our written consent.
• Share your login credentials with parties outside your organisation beyond your licensed seats.
• Use the Service for unsolicited bulk communication (spam) or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Project, company and contact data is compiled from public records, voluntary disclosures and our research team's verification process. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free, and the Service is provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes. You are responsible for independently verifying critical details before relying on them commercially.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, compiled datasets and trademarks (including "Projects India", "TenderFlow™", "BidWin™", "ProjxNews™" and "VendorConnect™") are the property of Venturous Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tenders and contacts. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venturous Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Venturous Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
